Wesak is the celebration of the birthday of the Buddha believed to be spiritually attended by Jesus Christ plus a broad array of saints and avatars. The event has been celebrated at the foot of Mount Shasta for the past 15 years and attracts attendance from all over the world.

The 2009 Festival is a founding event for the International Love Convocation, dedicated to creating an annual week when people around the world focus on learning the joy of loving everyone.
